It was a surprise to see the snow on Sunday but how stunning it all looked in a balnket of white. It was a little dissapointing that we were between seasons and some of the things advertised by Diamond Resorts did not seem to be operating. However the efforts of reception to get us a couple of trips arranged with Marin from Winter Ski Sport, Bansko were much appreciated and having access to a person with such good local knowlwedge made these more memorable and we certainly learned much about the Bulgarian culture and way of life. I wish you all every success for the future and who knows may one day return to visit again but more in the season.”

I was so glad to have taken up Chris's suggestion - we had a fantastic time. The accommodation was pristine, very cozy and spotless. The service at the reception desk was excellent. We really appreciated the transfers to and from the resort. The catering manager and staff were very helpful and made our stay fun and hassle-free. The standard at the restaurant was certainly very high. We also got to meet Marko, the manager. Your suggestion to do the Sofia tour on the day of arrival made very good sense and we enjoyed it.
