A full 24 hours Reception is found at the Balkan Jewel Resort.
Room Service
Room service is available from 7:00am till 9:00pm and has to be arranged with the Reception Desk.
Laundry/Ironing
Our cleaners can offer laundry/ironing services to the guests at a charge. Laundry delivered to the Reception until 10:00am will be returned before 8:00pm of the same day. Laundry received after 10:00am will be returned in the next day. Ask at the Reception desk for price list.
Security
Balkan Jewel Resort offers a 24 hour security for the safety of all its guests.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Every residence is equipped with a safe deposit box that comes with a personal pin number.
Parking
We offer free parking in our 2 basement garages or in our private ring road for all guests staying at the Balkan Jewel.
Internet Connection/Wi-Fi
All guests staying at the resort can make use of the free internet connection available in all residences. From the reception and the lobby bar one can connect to a Wi-Fi network. Contact the Reception desk for more information.
Shuttle Bus
The Balkan Jewel shuttle bus goes to and from Bansko centre, Bansko Gondola Lifts, and the Pirin Golf & Country Club on schedule. The service is free of charge for all our guests.
Transfers
We can arrange airport transfers on request. Rates can be checked with the Reception desk.
Transport
Balkan Jewel Resort can offer transport to any location in Bulgaria or the vicinities including Greece upon special request. One can check prices with the Reception desk.
Taxi Service
Balkan Jewel can arrange a taxi pick-up from and to the resort. Please arrange with the Reception desk.
Car Hire
Our Resort offers rent-a-car service from the Reception desk on request.

Balkan Jewel can organize any type of event for you, ranging from corporate seminars, conferences, cocktails, team buildings to family celebrations.
