Balkan Jewel resort operates with a 12 hours reception.
Lobby Bar
Our Lobby Bar combined with the Reception Area makes it possible to enjoy a nice coffee, or drink and is ideal to meet people in an informal environment.
Restaurant
While visiting the Balkan Jewel Resort one can experience the different varieties of cuisine ranging from Traditional Bulgarian food to International food including Italian pasta. Residents and visitors also have the opportunity to combine their stay at our resort by choosing between a bed and breakfast to a half board or a full board service.
Spa Center 
Your relaxation is of utmost importance to our resort. Apart from the tranquil setting at the foot of the Pirin Mountains our Spa offers a whole spectrum of services. For the Winter period we offer a rich variety of treatments to spoil you during your day. These treatments can be added to a free visit in our steam bath, jacuzzi and sauna. Fitness Centre
You can keep in shape and conduct your training routine at our fully equipped gym which is open 24 hours a day.
Games Room
Why not chill out in our fantastic games room where you can play lots of great games including pool and table tennis.
Conference Room
Organising events, meetings and conferences is becoming our speciality. Balkan Jewel Resort is the only resort in the area offering one of the biggest conference halls for 150 people. We are fully equipped to organize a business event for you.
Children’s Indoor and Outdoor Playing Area
For our youngest guests we provide an indoor and outdoor playing area equipped with all sorts of entertainment. On request we can also offer babysitting services at an extra charge.
Garden
There is nothing more relaxing then having a short break in our Gardens when the weather permits. The magnificent views of the Pirin Mountains bring tranquility and serenity. For the young ones, Balkan Jewel also offers an outdoor playing area.
Ski Rooms
Whether you are skiing, golfing or making other extreme sports, our resort has thought of helping you store your equipment. In every block there is a room that is used as a wardrobe free of charge for all guests of the Balkan Jewel Resort.

Reception
A 12 hours Reception is found at the Balkan Jewel Resort.
Laundry/Ironing
Our cleaners can offer laundry/ironing services to the guests at a charge. Laundry delivered to the Reception until 10:00am will be returned before 8:00pm of the same day. Laundry received after 10:00am will be returned in the next day. Ask at the Reception desk for price list.
Security
Balkan Jewel Resort enjoys a 24 hour security for the safety of all its guests.
Parking
We offer free parking in our 2 basement garages or in our private ring road for all guests staying at the Balkan Jewel.
Internet Connection/Wi-Fi
All guests staying at the resort can make use of the free internet connection available in all residences. From the reception and the lobby bar one can connect to a Wi-Fi network. Contact the Reception desk for more information.
Shuttle Bus
The Balkan Jewel shuttle bus goes to and from Bansko centre, Bansko Gondola Lifts, and the Pirin Golf & Country Club on schedule. The service is free of charge for all our guests.
Transfers
We can arrange airport transfers on request. Rates can be checked with the Reception desk. All airport transfers must be arranged and booked in advance.
Transport
Balkan Jewel Resort can offer transport to any location in Bulgaria or the vicinities including Greece upon special request. One can check prices with the Reception desk.
Taxi Service
Balkan Jewel can arrange a taxi pick-up from and to the resort. Please arrange with the Reception desk.
Car Hire
Our Resort offers rent-a-car service from the Reception desk on request.
Events Organization
Balkan Jewel can organize any type of event for you, ranging from corporate seminars, conferences, cocktails, team buildings to family celebrations.
